Participants at an open workshop about connection and consent

Open workshop

A warm, open space where people who may not know each other yet learn how to connect respectfully. Together we explore what a hug can communicate, how consent is requested and how connection can happen without pressure.

The workshop combines accessible ideas, guided conversation and practical exercises. Everyone takes part only as much as they choose, leaving with greater confidence in their boundaries and simple words for asking, accepting or declining closeness.

  • Half a day
  • Between 15 and 30 participants
  • A room with movable chairs
