Returns policy

As a private buyer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalties. It is a right granted by law for distance selling, not a favour from us.

1. Write to contact@imbratisari.ro with the order number and which product you want to return. One sentence is enough.
2. We answer within 2 working days at the latest with the return address.
3. You send the product in its packaging, with the labels on it, in the condition you received it.
4. Once it reaches us and we check it, we return your money within 14 days at the latest, by the same method you paid with.

You cover the cost of return shipping, unless the product arrived faulty or we sent something other than what you ordered. In that case we pay the shipping.

• Personalised products, made specially for you, with your own name or message.
• Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — socks or underwear, for example, once out of the packaging.
• Gift cards and codes, once sent.
• Products damaged through use, rather than through normally checking them.

You may inspect the product the way you would in a shop: take it out of the box, try it on, look at it. You may not wear it for a week and then return it.

Write to us with a photo. We replace it or refund you, your choice, and we pay the shipping. The legal warranty of conformity is 2 years from delivery.

Orders are completed on Shopify. If you paid by card, the money goes back to that card, through the same processor. Our site never sees and never stores your card details.
