The site imbratisari.ro is operated by the Îmbrățișări.ro community. Contact: contact@imbratisari.ro, phone 0792 80 10 50.

[TO BE COMPLETED] The full legal name, the registration number and the registered office are filled in from Admin → Settings, under the key privacy_company_details. Until then the seller's identification details are incomplete, and the shop should not be opened for sales.

• Events we organise ourselves or attend as guests. Taking part in our own events is free and open to everyone.
• Photos taken in public spaces, at events, published with an immediate right of withdrawal.
• Articles of an informative nature. They are not medical advice and do not replace seeing a specialist.
• Products carrying the community's marks. Payment happens on Shopify, not here.

Our events are built on consent. Nobody is touched without being asked, and a refusal is respected immediately, with no explanations and no insisting. The full rules are on the Consent, safety, respect page.

You take part at your own risk. If you have a condition that makes physical contact inadvisable, tell a volunteer or simply stay away from the contact part — the rest of the event stays open to you.

At events organised by others, where we come as guests, the access rules and any fees are set by their organiser. Each event page states who the actual organiser is.

The product pages are hosted here, but the cart and the payment are on Shopify. Our site does not process payments and does not store card data. The sales contract is concluded when the order is confirmed on Shopify.

Displayed prices include VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious price or stock errors, telling you before we ship anything.

The 14-day right of withdrawal is described on the Returns policy page.

The texts, photos and graphics belong to Îmbrățișări.ro or to their authors. You may share them by naming the source and linking to the original page. Commercial use requires our written consent.

If you appear in a photo and do not want it to stay published, we take it down. The form is on the Photo removal page, and the request is handled without us asking why.

The site may go down temporarily for maintenance. Event information can change — cancellations, moves, different times — and we update it as fast as we can, but we cannot guarantee there will be no discrepancies.

Articles describe what the studies they quote said at the time of writing. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment, and no replacement for a doctor or a psychologist.

Write to us first, at contact@imbratisari.ro. We answer within 5 working days at the latest.

If we do not reach a solution, you may turn to ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority, or to the European online dispute resolution platform, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

When we change something important here, we change the date at the top of the page too. The version that applies to an order is the one published at the time of that order.
